Fivaz Incorporated, Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers is an innovative, dynamic and growing law firm founded in 2002, with a highly focused practice. The firm is complemented by three full-time attorneys and a dedicated support team across conveyancing, compliance, and administration.

Anita Fivaz is the driving force behind Fivaz Incorporated. With a career spanning over two decades, she has established herself as a formidable expert in property law. An alumna of the University of Pretoria (BLC & LLB), Anita was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and subsequently as a Conveyancer and Notary in 2002.
Her leadership and business acumen have been recognized widely, earning her the prestigious Business Woman of the Year award in Centurion (2005) and the West Rand (2007). Anita's approach combines rigorous legal standards with a compassionate understanding of the human element in every property transaction.
